Black Girls Move program was created by 48 mothers and daughters like you that care about mothers and daughters working together to build healthy lifestyles.
Black women and daughters are at risk of diseases like heart disease and diabetes that can deeply affect the quality of their lives but we are working to help. We created a 12-week program that teaches you how to make sustainable lifestyles changes that can help the entire family.
With years of and experience, we have been working with communities creating the best fitness and nutrition plan that will help you reach your goals. Plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our families. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new fitness and eating habits are difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle.
